I am pissed off

The Captains Log 5/9

 

I lost my hound today (has not being a good week for me). Normally, losing a ship doesn’t bother me. I know that when I go into battle there is a good chance that my ship will be shot to pieces beneath me either because the enemy is a better pilot then me or I made a mistake. That is an acceptable loss. That is a fair loss. What is not an acceptable loss is when I disconnect and I get killed. This really pisses me off when this happens because my loss was not due to my piloting skills (or lack of them) but due to actions that are totally out my control.

So today Goons came into our system and it was reported that a dictor was sitting on a gate so I decided it was the perfect opportunity for me to get a bombing run in. So I got my Hound out and began to get in position for launching my bomb. Then it happened. My internet disconnected. I relogged as soon as could only to find me sitting in my clone bay. Now the ships loss is not what really pissed off, it was the loss of my Pod and the +4 implants. I don’t want to buy new ones as I want to get my dreadnaught, I don’t want to spend the 100 mill ISK on a new set.

So after logging off for a bit I came back on and clone jumped up to empire and used some loyalty points to buy some +3 memory and intelligence implants, which only cost me 10mill so not to bad

 

Anyway that’s my little rant over.

    All to to disconnects due to my shitty ass connection.

    Hope to sort it monday with a new installation

      lol i lost 5 bouncers in deep nullsec, with no replacements insite, on my domi that relys on sentrys for damage in the plex's, all do to that damn server crash last night, tlak about annoying

      /me kicks himself for not having brought down BPC's for his drones last time he was making the HS->Nullsec run.
